London housing group implements Professional Advantage's Contract & Service Billing (CSB) to improve their billing accuracy and speed. CSB will be used to manage both standard billing and recurring invoicing, brought on by their numerous contracts with local service providers from plumbing services to maintenance teams. In addition, the group are considering expanding the use of CSB to handle their landlord billing. CSB's ability to seamless post to their SunSystems ledger reduces their weekly work load whilst also providing a full audit trail come year end.
