National car insurers, looking for a solution to cope with high volume invoicing for two new business treams, select Infor SunSystems™ CSB from partners, Sapphire. The organisation's challenge was to find a solution that not only integrated with Infor SunSystems but could also cope with high volumes of small value invoices. The company use the "black box" system within cars. They wanted to offer a new service to clients to use the boxes as a tracking device if the car gets stolen. The second initiative was to implement a contract management solution to handle invoices for recurring revenue. The solution also needed to tie in with a credit management solution and Collect is being looked at for this purpose as a Phase 2, due to its integration with both CSB and SunSystems.
