Advanced Inquiry (AQ) Fact Sheet
Overview
Advanced Inquiry (AQ) is the most useful SunSystems module for any finance department. It permits the user to query SunSystems Ledger Accounting data, and IPOS from any dimension.
What customers find useful in AQ
AQ features that customers find useful include:
- The ability to query ledger or iPOS transactions based on any part of the transaction. For example the query could just be on part of the description.
- The queries are not restricted by dates or periods. The query results sets lets a user drill down, around and dynamically change the selection criteria on the fly.
- To save queries for future use or export an answer dynamically to Excel or Word.
- It is unique in its usability and speed.
