Professional Advantage to host iPOS eProcurement for Infor SunSystems Webinars Tuesday, 12 January 2016

Professional Advantage announces two seperate Infor SunSystems iPOS eProcurement webinars on the 9th of February 2016. The morning webinar session is aimed at existing users of iPOS on versions 5.7.21 and below, who are interested in upgrading to iPOS 5.8 or v6. The webinars will show the new look and feel and features available from iPOS 5.8 and above.



The afternoon session will focus on existing Infor SunSystems users looking to implement a procurement solution, this webinar will show the end to end process within the new release, iPOS v6, and also reflect the features available within v5.8.



At the end of each session, time will allow for Q&A to cover any questions you may have.



Just some of the key new features in iPOS v6 include;

  • Date formats and currency formats are applied according to the browser localisation settings for the country they reside in
  • Reports can be formatted to use different date and currency settings from those specified on the business Unit setup
  • Populate the supplier tax ID on the invoice header when creating invoices to ensure compliance with tax legislation and correct identification of supplier
  • Allow editing of orders without allowing access to the Control Desk portal and adding lines to exisiting orders without letting user to generate orders
  • Change the serialisation expiry warning to display only to the Administrator for the first 15 days and then users from day 16
  • Allow exception authority to be applied at the header level to ensure consistency
  • Fully supports Chrome
